No Susan you haven't caused any problems at all. We are happy to help if at all possible.

I wouldn't have improved at all if I hadn't had a computer and found Thyroiduk.org before we had this HU blog which has been helpful to a lot of people.

I know how you feel been at this for 4 years want to be back to normal how I wish I could exersice go hill walking all the things I used to be able to do even to remember if I took my tablets would be nice

I forget my tablets too. I always carry some in my handbag for if I remember I forgot! I struggle to have motivation to do anything. Single mum who is a full time teacher plus diagnosed with fibromyalgia - I am exhausted!

Its not the NHS at fault as such, but those within the higher echelons of the GMC, who either are just puppets to sign off anything that the big drug companies push or they are incompetents who fail to recognise that there are proven treatments that fall outside of their recommendations and yet for some reason they follow the same old, same old, while patients suffer.
