Results of latest TFT are in: TSH 0.23, so no change from last time; fT4 14.7, down from last time. Dosage increased by 25mcg after previous test. Given that I feel my best with a ft4 of 19 or so, should I increase my levothyroxine by 25 or 50 mcg? Currently out of the country so can't ask GP; she texted me the results. Sorry no reference ranges.

Hose, increases/decreases should be in 25mcg increments followed by a blood test 6 weeks later.
