50mcg is a low dose. Do you happen to know what the blood work results are? Being within the normal ranges often doesn't mean you're on enough medication, or indeed, the right medication. I'd be willing to lay money - maybe 10p :) - on you needing an increase in meds.

Yeah I agree it is. They said that my tsh levels are normal. They have never given any print outs or sat with me. Just gave me the pills and sent me on my way. Still really tired and get a strange feeling in head sometimes. Like water is falling. Sorry sound like a strange person. Am going back this week. So will get a print out and put it on here. Thanks for advice hunny x

Hi. Remember to put the ranges with your results, they vary from different labs. Also are you taking any extra vitamins and other supplements?

Selenium Zinc Magnesium B12 AdCal+D3 Folic Acid & VitB. Selenium zinc and B12 taken for years, Endo put me on D3 loading dose then maintenance dose of AdCal. GP put me on Folic Acid as under range but still only at bottom of range so supplementing myself and added a good Vit B complex and magnesium after advice on here. Feel better for it

I just take evening primrose, steriod nasal spray, antihistamine of a night for sinus trouble. Which is very common for people with our problem. I didn't know could take supplements as thought would affect the results
