Hi ayrshirelass13, it is best that you post your results with the ranges in brackets, so that members will be able to advise you : ). Also how long have you been on levythyroxine? If possible, you can post blood test results over previous few years to show effects of meds.

Sheesh ayrshirelass, no wonder you're tired, you're still hypo and added to that your folate is under range as well as your ferritin. Ferritin needs to be at last minimum of 70, folate 15 or above.

Hi, I didn't have a clue about folate, ferritin until a couple of months ago when I had results like yours. Thanks to this site and PAS on here (it might be a good for you to join them, they're great on bloods)

I now take Jarrow Folate, I'm on iron tabs from the hospital for ferritin and I also take Jarrow Methylcobalamin B12, 5000mcg sublingual - (meaning place under the tongue for the best absorption.) Methylcobalamin is the superior form of B12 - and I also have the B12 5000mcg patches. I'm not able to run a marathon yet because I've not long started the supplements but if I can just get on top of this miserable fatigue I'll be happy. Have you had your VitB12 tested?
