After radioactive iodine treatment is it normal to have a sore swollen neck/throat? I had treatment 3 days ago.

Welcome to the forum, Georgiego. Yes, it is common for a week or so. Drink plenty of fluids to ease it and flush the RAI from your system. I find honey and a slice lemon in water to be soothing.
