Pins & needles sensation around ankles on standing. Kind of stinging - not pleasant. I'm thinking circulation. Anyone experienced same?

There's just possibility could relate some nutrient deficiency and might ring a bell with one of you. Might be helpful. Could be thyroid meds too low or adrenal issue. Any ideas?

Que6T, if you post recent thyroid blood results we can advise whether or not you're undermedicated. Pins and needles may be caused by low or deficient B12. Ask your GP to test B12 and folate and you may as well ask for ferritin and vitamin D to be tested too. b12d.org/b12-signs-symptoms...

I recently had problems with tingling, painful pims and needles in my feet and was advised to have vitamin b12 checked as being low can cause these sort of symptoms

I love the way it was your fault :-D

I would go for B12, as well. But also, possibly low magnesium. Best to get that checked if you can.

Pantothinic acid might help.

I also had problems with this and tested low for Vit D despite living in a sunny climate. Seems to be improving now I am supplementing. xx
