Wd welcome some guidance about taking meds before blood tests - TFT including T3 and 9am cortisol. I am currently attempting CT3M (saliva test showed low morning cortisol) and taking 25mcg T3 split into 2. First dose about 4am and 2nd at lunchtime. I also take 75mcg thyroxine with my CT3M dose of T3. Any advice as to when I should take my last meds before the tests? I am currently feeling v tired.

Caze, stop Levothyroxine 20-24hrs and Liothyronine (T3) about 8-12 hours prior to thyroid blood test and take them immediately after. I don't know anything about cortisol so can't advise.
