I take 30mcg at the moment 10mcg at 5.30 another 10 at 12.00 and 10 at 5pm, only been doing this for a week.

I would like to take it in one dose at night, can I just change and take 30mcg tonight, I have already taken 10mcg today or should I wait until tomorrow.

Thanks

We're all different in how changing tablets affects us. I've always been gung-ho and never worried at all if I was delayed taking my tablets, or forgot them, or when I went without, pre-blood tests. So I would just swap over in a single change. In fact that was what I did recently when swapping morning to night time dosing. But you might be more sensitive than I, and I'm guessing you are if you have been taking split doses. So perhaps merge the two 10mcg doses to one dose for a couple of days, then merge the three into one dose when you've acclimatised? However, you could know that you are less affected by the meds, and so go for it today - again, taking one extra 10mcg in the day today, is unlikely to be here or there.

Thanks Hypnoteq, Think I might just go for it, trying ct3m was the reason for the split doses but finding it really difficult getting back to sleep and then keeping up with all the checks you have to do.

I take my 30mcg all in one go in the morning. I take supplements at lunchtime. One dose at night will work just as well, I am sure. Dr Lowe always prescribed medication in one single dose - excerpt:-

And finally, why do I specify that the typical patient use one full dose of non-timed-release Cytomel for life? Because extensive testing has shown that this is safe, effective, and most economical—when used within the context of our entire protocol.

Taking more than 4mcg of T3 per hour is unphysiological. You have to dose it throughout the day.

No you Don't. Lots of people take it all in one go and are absolutely fine. I take my 75 mcg all at once just before bed, and that's what suits me best. And I've been doing that for years.
