Includes a few things I never heard before but covers these topics:

chlorination and fluoridation kills

heavy metals cause reverse T3

TRH -thyroid releasing stimulation test but you'll never be able to get it

whole thyroid hormone (12 not 4)

why your GP under prescribes

importance of FT3 test and even more, the reverse T3

why starvation doesn't work and also makes reverse T3

sometimes T4 is better for a while

British and Scottish input

lack of sweat

high cholesterol

danger for clinicians who try

Thank you so much. That is the one. It was just placed on Mercola today but I don't know when the interview was actually taped. The TRH was new to me although the others did add some details which enhanced the understanding.

That was extremely interesting, thank you for this.

Does anyone else in the UK get very frustrated that there are very few non-NHS people who want to help thyroid patients and will look at the bigger picture. We really seem to be living in the Dark Ages and yet with thyroid disease on the increase we need more alternative practitioners.

Hi cinnamon, I'm afraid these are the new dark ages. Going private seems to be very expensive in the UK and medicine is just a business now.
