After getting some great advice on this forum, I've been jotting info down and printing out info as well.

Hopefully now something will be done and my energy levels start raising as the way I feel is like I'm here but not here. Its like something inside me has put a barnier up and I can't cross it.

My hands are so swollen that I dropped a pint of milk yesterday, I went to put some washing in the machine and found a bowl of cat food, still don't know how it got there.!!!

Every day I make notes to remind me what needs doing, my mind is so not here at the moment.

Anyhow I'll let you know how I get on at docs, good thing is my advocate is coming with me to remind me what needs saying. :-) :-)
