Ever since i started my periods they.ve been normal to heavyish and pretty much on time always knew if i was pregnant by being late. Well i.ve 9 kids my youngest is 9 1/2 months after i had him i didn.t bleed much at all and i mean straight after i had him . After 6 wks i had a light period then they stopped as i.m breast feeding until 2 months ago when they resarted i ad terrible stomach cramps and feeling really sick aswell much like bad morning sickness that never goes away. Please forgive me for asking, as you've probably ruled it out - but is there any chance you're pregnant again?

There is a link between thyroid function and periods, so it is quite likely that the Levo is affecting your cycle.

Hi theres no chance of me being pregnant lol and tested myself to be extra certain so its most probably the levo then thats good to know thanks.

going to the other extreme - it couldn't be the start of the menopause could it? Actually, thyroid problems, being hormonal, can mimic all kinds of aspects of a woman's cycle. But I agree with you - it is most probably the Levo.

For me, yes.. Was on Synthroid since 2008 and switched to NDT in March. My cramps are worse than my period. I get it for 2 days, goes away for 2 days, I spot for one and it's done.
