Do i have a thyroid or adrenal problem

hi every1 im new to this post last couple of weeks been so tired weak amd shakey fatigued u name it. My body also feels weak on the inside if that makes sence. Anyways wondering if thisncould be thyroid problems. My periods are very painfull and about a good week after theyre fonished im exhasted. My sinuses arent hsppy either. With all the stress of thinking i was seriously sick ( recently diagnosed with leaky gut) i could have posaible have burnt out my adrenals. At times my tounge gets metallicy and coppery tasting

Any ideass ? Thx

Hi Peeps and welcome to the forum.

You need to ask your GP to check your iron to rule out anaemia and to do a thyroid panel to check your thyroid function. Ask for vitamin D, B12 and folate to be tested too as they can present with some of the symptoms you describe when deficient or low in range. I'm not at all clued up on adrenal insufficiency so can't help with that.

Make sure to get a printout of your results with the lab ref ranges and then post them in Questions for advice.
