I had my left thyroid lobe removed 2008 I appear to be continually gaining weight. Is my dosage 75mg Levothyroxine too low,

I eat healthy (salads, cook from scratch) and mostly achieve 5-a-day.

I also walk everywhere, including 2-3 NHS walks per week,

Yet I cannot lose weight.

Also what should my levels of T4 and TSH be when I have an annual blood test?
