If you are feeling tired and gaining weight, your hypo may not be 'under control'. If you can get a copy of your latest blood test results and post them, with the ranges for comments.
Some GP's keep the TSH 'within range' which may not be helpful for us to feel well. If you haven't had a recent blood test also ask for Vitamin B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate to be done.
Thanks i will do that. The only problem with that is i cant get an appointment with my gp till may if i get an emergency appointment it can b with any gp at the pratice. It doesnt help that i missed my meds 1 day as well.
Missing one day's dose would not have too much of an effect.
If you took a dose today, it would take several weeks to leave your body altogether. Levo gradually reduces. It's not quick acting like T3 (liothyronine).
May isn't too far away now and see your GP and hopefully he is sympathetic. Remember to ask for the other blood tests as we are usually deficient. If you are on supplements (vits/minerals) I would give them a miss till you get your bloods tested.
