Tg and TSH levels

had a total thyroidectomy with surrounding lymph removed1/13 for papillary tumor (4 cm) at age 69--after, my Tg levels both normal and TSH stimulated were undetectable, my TSH levels were around 2-3 mcIU/mL. Now, over 1 year later after taking 137 µg levothyroxine, my TSH levels were 1.00 mcIU/mL (range of normal 0.27-4.2). Tg levels still very very low and Tg Abs undetectable.

Any MD recommendations??
