Low blood sugar

Has anybody with Hashi experienced periods of low blood sugar please? I think that that is happening to me at the moment. x

Yep, had it for years. It is associated with adrenal fatigue, which according to the nhs does not exist. I manage it by eating every couple of hours.

Thanks for that. I was told by paramedic he thought it was low adrenal related ! x

I'm no expert but I have been advised to try and keep my blood sugar stable, so as well as cutting down on sweet treats, I make sure to always have some protein when I eat, including for snacks. So instead of just having a piece of fruit on its own, I'll have it with some nuts or seeds or a piece of cheese. That might help a bit.
