Just take them when you waken and allow about 1/2 to 1 hour before breakfast. Remember not to take meds until after your blood test, which you should have as early as possible
Hi I have tried taking 100mcg in the morning but it did mess up my sleep pattern again it's really getting me down to such a point I will stop taking my meds
