Whenever I'm standing my legs tremble. I hope it's not noticeable but it makes me fidgety and uncomfortable. It's worse if I have to stand in a queue. Could this be a sign of over-medicating? Or under-medicating?!

I take T3 and haven't had effects like this. Personally, I would drop dose slightly to see if it makes a difference. Have you had a recent blood test, if not ask for one and post the results with the ranges on a new question before you increase T3 again.
