I am self medicating on not. I am feeling very shaky. Could it be that I am over medicating?

Without your recent blood test results with ranges it is difficult to tell. You could be over or under medicated. How are your levels of B12 - Ferritin - Folate - VitD. Look to the RIGHT of your post where you will see similar posts under the heading RELATED POSTS. If you are on a phone then scroll down and down to find the same heading
I've also had this, more on than off, since September. My pulse & temperature have remained the same, so I don't think it's related to TH intake.
I increased my T3, having lowered the dose thinking this was the issue, then reintroduced NDT, initially unsuccessfully. I also upped my B12 from the bottom to the top of normal range, & increased D3, iron, & everything else. My blood tests have shown no abnormalities, or at least nothing my GP has picked up or understands.
It is likely to be undermedication rather than overmedication.
Simplest way to find out is to stop taking medication altogether for a couple of days, which won't do you any harm.
If symptoms get worse, take more. If they stop, take less.
Thanks Panda, I'll give it a go
