Has anyone heard of/or taken Thyroid Support tablets. I have just noticed them in my chemist window, and wondered if there was any comments

They will probably contain all the vits/minerals recommended for healthy thyroid function. There are also thyroid glandular which contain thyroid from animals, so best check the label to see which ones they are.

would you recommend them ?my gp wont do anymore bloods as he says TSH is 'normal 'so probably wont recognize my worsening symptoms and def not prescribe anything,even when n ot prescribed any meds

There are probably a few, but the ones I have seen most often recommended are from Nutri Ltd. They are also usually used by Dr P

I routinely take nutritional supplements to support my thyroid and hormone function. Supporting thyroid function is more than just taking supplements, it's eating the correct diet, cooking in the correct cookware and alleviating artificial chemicals found in foods, cosmetics and toiletries, as all can inhibit thyroid function. I recommend reading Dr Peatfield's book 'your Thryoid & How To Keep It Healthy', it's very helpful

Check to see if they have iodine in. Thyroid support products seem to either have glandular ingredients or iodine/vitamins/minerals.
