I've got Graves and felt at my best when my TSH was 0.68 (0.35 - 5.5) and my Free T4 was 16.90 (10 - 19.8)
At the time I was on block and replace and was taking 40mcg Carbimazole and 75/100mcg levothyroxine a day.
I have now stopped all the meds and am in remission. I only had to be a bit out (TSH 1.4 and FT4 15.4 same ranges ) to feel awful, doesn't seem like much but fine tuning made a big difference to me.
Hope you feel better soon.
Once you see them you will have more idea what you need to do next. It IPAs annoying how you can be 'fine' or 'within the range' according to the medics but still feel really awful. Once I started on Carbimazole I became under active before I was given thyroxine along with my carb and that was really horrible too - a different kind if horrible to being hyper but horrible all the same. Good luck, make sure to keep us posted with how you get on, Liz
