It took me over one year to become stable from diagnosis, and I was one of the lucky ones with 'super fast' recovery....and this was with private doctors btw

Ugh! And did you reply with "but I feel it!!!" It goes along with "your results are in range, there is nothing wrong with you". To which I always wish I had the nerve to reply with " oh yes you're right, all these symptoms are simply a figment of my imagination". Ahhh the conversations and clever comebacks I've had in my head...hopefully one day I'll actually be brave enough to say them outloud.

Hope you find the right dosage for you and start feeling better soon.

I had this too from my GP she told me I didn't look like someone who had thyroid problems as my hair was shiny and thick and I wasn't over weight!! I had to practically beg for a blood test after being very ill for a yr. ...surprise surprise I was v hypo when my bloods came back!!

The correct response to that ill considered remark is "You don't look stupid". Yours wasn't bad though :)

Brilliant Clutter! I was told that I should be grateful I was putting on weight 'because the really bad things make you lose weight'.
