Do I need more T4 or T3 endo will not entertain desiccated armour.

My readings TSH 4.6. - 0.3-4. T4 13. -12-22. - T3. 3.9. - 3.1-6.8. That's on 75m thyroxin . Been on 100m thyroxin + 5mcg liothyronine two each day. Readings TSH 0.39. T4. 17.1. T3 4.3. Just been introduced to T3 meds after several years of hell. I felt ill only tried for a couple of weeks if that,I am so panicky now, the worst was a excruciating tightness around the top of my head and feeling dizzy so I tried dropping the thyroxin to 75mg + 5mcg liothyronine two each day for a few day's. I'm so panicky it's ridiculous never used to be like this. Through endo and doc giving different instruction of what to take I ended up on 75m thyroxin when I used to be on 100m thyroxin . I have noticed my hair has stopped falling out and my nails grow now but memory getting much worse . What do I take ? Can anyone advise please. Hospital and doc say TSH to high ,doc said take 100m thyroxin again I don't want my hair to fall out again and that feeling of sickly dizziness.

Do not let your endo hold you back. In general, do not let the NHS hold you back from attaining the best health. I did for far too long. In 2012 I started managing my own health through a number of measures, incl self medicating with NDT. I have not looked back since.

Bluedaffodil, I did the same. There's no way I am ever going to reduce meds and make myself more ill ever again. I'm happy to opt out, firstly the NHS didn't diagnose me for over 20 years, and secondly the two times I was told to lower meds it made me more ill for months at a time.
