Asking for help......

Long time since I have been on, plodded on and now realise I have been ignoring and bottling up my symptoms.

I have been gaining more weight, having moments of the shakes and slow speaking, missing words - this I thought is maybe due to not keeping up with my iron tablets? I am down with it all....again!

And still have mood swings in conjunction with my periods, hope someone can help me please x

What thyroid med are you taking? Could be undermedicated?
