Hi
Sorry you had no replies - hopefully someone with relevant experience will pick this up from Latest Activity....

I got it prior to treatment and it persisted in the early days of treatment. It was in my arms which I could not feel or move on waking, they would then get pins and needles and eventually come back to life, I used to lift the dead one with the one that woke up first! I had suffered from it for so long I didn't even consider it odd. All my sisters got it (one has had a thyroidectomy, another has endocrine problems currently being investigated and the other one is ok but has a few mild symptoms like the dead arms). I had thought it was due to a b vitamin deficiency. It has stopped now with the higher dosage of levothyroxine treatment.
Sorry that this does not properly answer your question.
