I'm in the middle of the cold virus from hell! Green grunge everywhere.... ( sorry! )
It seems to have affected my uptake of ERFA because I've been feeling awfully anxious again and I can only think that the my levels must have gone a bit squiffy? Has anybody else found this when they've been fighting a virus?

I have a feeling that, even in healthy people, thyroid hormone production and conversion decreases when people are ill. Presumably for people who are on thyroid medication there might be a reduction in uptake of that medication, and a reduction in conversion from T4 to T3. If I'm right then you might be suffering, temporarily, from T4 and/or T3 pooling in your blood stream a little bit. Once you get better you will probably go back to normal fairly quickly.
