Thank you for your precious reply ... Although my results are barely at range , my symptoms are quite painful . it goes from headaches ... BP swings.... brittle hair ,,,,muscle hip aches to gaining weight although exercising ...

should i take medication ? or rely on Kelp supplements for some relief ?

sayou, please click the "Reply" button if you respond. Am I to understand you have not been treated for anything yet? There are so many different reasons for the thyroid to start failing. You may be having an autoimmune attack which often means "gut" issues where the immune system mistakenly attacks one of your own organs. You could have other hormonal issues which may start with your adrenal gland dysfunction or even testosterone. That will be interesting, they could be very high. This video is on TPO antibodies but deficiencies as well as low stomach acid can start the problem as well.
