It looks to me as if you aren't converting effectively from T4 to T3 and would benefit from the addition of T3 or a medicine containing T3 (such as Natural Dessicated Thyroid or Nutri Thyroid)

so it has to do with adrenaline gland ?
Everybody is taking on too many things at once. those bloods are really good, and I would not muck around with them. Stay on the dosage you are on, and within a few more weeks, things will be more settled. People are putting in more levothyroxine than we need. we forget it takes a month for the pills to work properly, so when you get blood results like this, within a month, it will me even better. People are panicing too much, taking too many things, and pushing up their dosages too often. please try to remember, the pills take a month to work properly, so let things settle, Plus our levels go up and down , off and on through out the day, so and hour after a blood test, your results will be different again, and also in the summer, you don't need as much levothyroxine as you do in the winter. People, please try to stop stressing about the blood tests and ease your stress over them. the best way to heal is to notice how you FEEL. If you feel worse taking more pills, then cut back, if you feel worse taking less, then increase for a couple of day, then normalise again.
Some brands work better than others too , so people are getting different experiences. if you feel worse, then you should ask for another brand, but don't change too often, and it can take up to 2 months for your body to adjust to another brand.
i am not taking anything yet...not diagnosed still
How do you feeel? I assume that you are unwell or you wouldn't have been tested. The T3 result is relatively low compered to the T4 result, which means you might feel bad because your body s having trouble converting the storage hormone (T4) to the active one (T3). It's worth trying something like Nutri thyroid (which is a supplement) to see if it makes a difference as you are not on any meds. No UK NHS GP is likely to treat you with those results, but I assume that you are in the EU where it might be different. Also check ferritin and B12 levels as these need to be optimum. Cortisol problems can cause many similar symptoms to thyroid probems.
i feel all these symptoms like headaches, fatigue, weight gain although exercise , brittle hair and dry skin ...vertigo
