I have been feeling low again recently and also have pain in my forearm radiating to my middle finger could it be related to thyroid
It could be a carpal tunnel syndrome pain, often associated with hypothyroidism. If the pain radiates down from your shoulder through to your middle or ring finger ring 111 or go to A&E in case it is cardiac related.
This is true I have pains in my neck and arm and arthritis, and I am awaiting a procedure in Hospital to freeze the nerve in my neck as my neck vertebrae are deteriorating and touching on a nerve. There is no end to symptoms with this disease.

My symptoms were pains underside of forearms, to middle 4th & little fingers and weakness (e.g. couldn't lift saucepans). P.S. In my case, I have avoided bilateral carpal and cubital tunnel surgery (so far) by supplementing Vitamin D. J 
PPS Sunshine/Vit D can also help with low mood - have you had a vitamin D test lately Pebbles?
