Just received routine blood tests back. The results show Pits at 494 Range 150-450.
MCHR 305 Range 310-360.
Just wondered if there was any significance with my symptoms,,massive brain fog, weakness, fatigue, hot and cold intolerance crashing to the point of not been able to communicate with people,, As well as an underactive thyroid i have adrenal exhaustion and crohns.,
The research i have done so far indicates infection, possible imflamation and blood loss
Any ideas?
Might be worth posting the rest of your FBC with ranges. Difficult when looking at a couple of things in isolation, but low MCH is associated with iron deficiency I think. Is your MCV also low in the range?
MCH in range butt towards higher end. HB 124 RANGE 115-165
Oh soz I misunderstood, what is MCHR in your original question? Do you mean MCHC (mean corpuscular haemaglobin concentration)? Do you have a result for MCV (mean corpuscular volume)?
MCV also in normal range but higher end of it...its probably me confusing you...this is the first time any normality as showed with these tests...
High MCH and MCV can be indicative of B12 or folate deficiency. Ever had these tested?
Not unless they were part of normal blood tests... but thanks its something to keep my eye on.
