Just to be positive ..for once.... I had a GREAT DAY!!!! I don't know why, the weather was foul, the whole day was routine but I felt GOOD!

Hopefully tomorrow will bring more of the same and I wish for all those of you out there!!

i am really happy for you . you are not going on you are understandably happy . i hope it continues for you but if you have a bad day don't despair just remember even 'well' people do . its natural but they don't notice as much xxx just have faith it will turn around again xx

Really I wish I knew why. I want some more. Today feeling tired as usual. I'll just hang on to the memory now I know some days CAN be good! P.s. I am on levothyroxine 50 mcg , iron, B12, vit C and. A daily probiotic. I have Hashimoto's since 1999
