Why are some questions viewable by members only?

I ask because I'm still having problems remaining logged in, so I find I'm not bothering to look at the ones I can't immediately access. You know what it's like when everything just seems like too much trouble!

Hi Sue,

I wish I could give you an answer. I too am still having troubles with HU and I don't think we're alone. Yesterday I kept getting a stream of pink error messages on every post - most annoying!

All I can suggest is that you contact HU directly as they are the people to sort it out.

I did contact them Jane, but they just sent me a link to a YouTube video which was completely beyond me I'm afraid - something to do with clearing the cache on my browser...whatever that means! We have a joke in our household about "New Improved" generally meaning that they've removed the ingredient that made the thing taste good / work well / in any way resemble the item that we knew and loved, and I'm afraid this is what's happened to HU as far as I'm concerned.

Sue - when you post a Q or Post you have the option to make it viewable only to members - these are the ones which are greyed out when you are not logged in...

Please contact support@healthunlocked.com with any errors - they are getting through the problems and this sort of thing should have been sorted aged ago...! :(

Hi Louise. I do understand about the option to make your question viewable to members only....what I don't understand is why you'd choose to do that? In what circumstances would you want to hide your question from others who may have a helpful suggestion?!

Please see my response to JaneB with regard to contacting HU support.
