Problem accessing questions posts for 'members only'.

I still can't get the hang of this 'new improved' system. I'm STILL being asked to sign in even though I've ticked the 'keep me signed in' box. Have just tried to look at a members only post but after I signed in it simply disappeared!!! This is mega frustrating. Anyoned else having problems?

Hi Sue

If HU fiddle with something, everyone will have to sign in again - this was the case for the old site too... I suspect they have been doing just that, as I have had to sign in a couple of times too...

Having said that - have you reported it, just in case...?

Can you remember the name of the thread? I might be able to track it down for you...

Thanks Louise - I can't remember exactly what it was, but it was the latest (I think) pearl of wisdom from Helvella.

You could also try a different browser or check your browser settings

. I have no problems signing in or staying signed in on firefox, although its set to clear cache every time its shut down so I'd have to sign in again in that event, but thats personal choice.

(obviously if its not that then a message to support would be in order)

Thanks for replying. I use Firefox too, so am hoping it's a temporary problem. If not I'll contact support.

I too use Firefox and, with my settings, have no problem remaining signed in for extended periods - like days.
