Anyone seen this BRILLIANT site about nutrition ?

If you type in any food in the search it will have loads of information about it,

e.g.I typed in liver (following on from Spareribs post and Rods replies)

Its fascinating the difference in vitamins and minerals depending on how its cooked and if its eaten raw.

I'm going to have fun this afternoon ;-)

  • Interesting 1 oz of raw liver is B12 277% dv, I make it 330% (the 2nd one is per 68g slice) when cooked - just got to watch overdoing Vit A. Have fun! x

  • Oh not such a good comparison, didn't notice the difference in portion size, well spotted.
