underactive on 75mg levo but still very ill diagnosed only 3 month ago now my esr is high ,rising every month now at 44

I am worried now as doctor asked to see me urgently tomorrow morning, what else could be wrong with me? so depressed as health steadily going downhill

Don't panic just yet. It may just be that you need an increase in your thyroxine quite urgently. High ESR could be because you have Hashimoto's and it has caused your thyroid to become inflamed. It could also be that you have some kind of infection or other sort of thyroiditis. Some kinds need antibiotics and that might be why it is urgent. Hopefully it is nothing to worry about.

thank you both I don't know what I would do without this sites support as depression takes over and this illness is just engulfing me at the minute
