Yes, cat69, I have had terrible tightness and breathing problems when I was undermedicated. It's much better now, I am making sure now that my B12, iron/folate/ferritin and D3 are improving and I am on better Thyroid treatment.
The tightness in my chest was caused by my heart beating very fast and/or unevenly for a few minutes, it would happen even when I was sitting down sometimes.
Do you have your latest blood test results? If you have them, then put them on here with the ranges, and it will help you to get some better support.
Almost everyone with undertreated or untreated hypothyroidism suffers from chronic fatigue. Hopefully when your hypothyroidism as properly treated the chronic fatigue will improve. Another possibility is that you may find your adrenals are low if you have been ill for quite a while. But first things first, if you can get that information and post it on here, someone will be able to give you some ideas to help.

The symptom is perfectly in line ( coming and going) with when i've done too much.
Put resuls on seperate post.
