Has anyone got Paddock T3 5mcg pills? Which pharmacy did you get them from?

Paddock 5mcg pills appear to work a lot better for me than other brands. But Boots pharmacy gave me a different brand and can't order Paddock anymore. Is anyone getting Paddock 5mcg pills from another pharmacy? (I'm thinking of trying Superdrug, Lloyds?)

I got Cytomel, King Pharmaceuticals/Pfizer brand.

Just goes to show! Many people have said how much they dislike Paddock and will only accept "real" Cytomel.

(No - I offer no explanation nor do I feel I have any understanding. But this sort of difference in opinion is widespread.)

Oh! I was told I couldn't get anything less than 20mcg of t3 and only made by goldshield? I hope you resolve your supply issue, as I had to go with out t3 for a week.... dreadful time.

The only liothyronine tablet licensed in the UK is the Mercury Pharma 20 mcg product.

Doctors can prescribe unlicensed medicines which is what they are doing here. One reason they do not often do so is the cost. Which is very, very high.

Mercury is the most expensive at £50 per 28 pills which makes it bizarre that they will not prescribe others which are half or quarter of the cost.
