Well, my feet always seemed to have hard dry skin. Has improved both with levothyroxine and by using this product:

CCS Footcare Cream - 175ml Tube

algeos.com/ccs-footcare-cre...

CCS also make an excellent heel balm available from same site. Algeos is really a podiatrist supplier but they have a retail arm with slightly different T&C:

foothealthcare.com/

Products also available elsewhere.

I bought a battery operated roller thing from Boots, i see Scholl are oing a similar thing now, it wasnt cheap but you can buy spare abrasive rollers for it so my husband and I have a roller each and we change round. That is absolutely amazing for hard skin then my other half who has more of a problem with dry skin uses a heel balm and I just put on some Avenno Oat Milk body lotion. Hey presto - sandal feet, saying that sandals make his feet really dry and until we it the roller thing he was always complaining about cracked heels. N longer though.

I had eczema on both ankles and scalp, both incredibly itchy.

I always had itchy, dry legs. I've been using that new Nivea in shower cream and found it really good

my feet are very badly cracked and now i have eczema patches on my body - levothyroxine for me is the cause of this plus a low tolerance level of stress.
