There appears to be no record of anything bad happening by so doing. But so many things do affect absorption of levothyroxine that it must always be advised to keep everything away from the levothyroxine. If not the folic acid itself, then the other ingredients in the folic acid product you have. (You do not say which product so we cannot know what else is in it. And that might vary from one prescription to the next.)
