Problem with Search box??

Hi

Is there a problem with search facility?? It always says

"No search results matching your criteria"

Not once had a result?? Really trying to get more informed about the whole situation I'm in. Desperate actually!

The search facility is not good.

If you searched for a common term, maybe "thyroid", it would get too many results and then it displays that message.

We are hoping it will be much better with the promised new version of the site - hopefully within a few weeks.

It also doesn't like more than one word at a time! *sigh*

RedApple had the best description - it's less like a search function and more like a lucky dip. You put something in and hope for the best - You might get what you wanted, but more often than not you don't!!!

I find that Tags are far more useful....!

Trouble is, all tags are shortly to disappear...

Even if they are then replaced by "new" tags, I have a feeling we are going to have some fun with them.

I was wondering that myself! glad you asked as i forgot too Hope it does get better cos theres so much good info on here!
