No appetite

Hi got apppoint with gp Thursday on 100mg / 50mg levo getting cold one minute hot the next not sure of thats normal.but the worse thing is cant eat alot and when I do eat my stomach seems to go hard is this thyroid related?

What sort of foods are you eating?

Fruit veg some processe, meat not alot of bread or rice as that makes me bloated. And other things.

I too have a poor apetite and when I was given a diet sheet by the practuice nurse I exclaimed,' How do you expect me to eat all that? I would burst!!'

It was on one of my former 'regular' visits to the nurse at the surgery.

I have to say I won't have bloods done at the GP's surgery any more, nor will I attend any of the clinics they get paid for, I was called in a few weeks ago and told to go for blood tests, when I got outside I 'lost' the form.

When they start treating me like a human being and treating my illness then I'll co-operate but not until and I have told them that.

Crap isnt it I get form get it done at hospital if had it done at gp would have to wait a month I have an appointment Thursday but not with my gp shes on holiday so seeing someone else lets see what they have to say mind you I wont leave the surgery till they do the bloods I want done not taking any crap
