If you get to an optimum on thyroid hormone replacement, your weight should reduce. Maybe your dose is too low. Our TSH should be 1 or below or even suppressed. If you get a copy of your thyroid blood tests and post again complete with the ranges, someone will comment.
I cannot advise if a slimming supplement is countra-indicated with the others meds.
