Hi Spill, what do you mean by 'interactive thyroid diet books'? And what exactly do you want to achieve? Do you want to help your thyroid or lose weight?

hello hugs, grey. lol i didnt check my spelling before i sent it, i meant underactive, and i have been underactive for about 15 years, and last year i had radiation treatment, but i am currently unwell again, tired brain freeze swollen joints. and i wondered if there was any good books that would help to help with thyoid problems plus weight loss. thanks

OK! I see. lol I thought it was strange. Well, it sounds to me like you're under-treated. Do you have any labs to share with us (with ranges)? How much levo are you on? Because thyroid problems are caused by too little thyroid hormones in the body and there's not an awful lot that diet can do about that.
