Struggling woth you IBS? Don't worry, help is here!

On Saturday 17th November the IBS Network is hosting its very first Sheffield IBS Wellbeing day at the Octagon Centre!

Designed to help you manage your IBS, the show will be jam packed with events, talks and demo's to help you better manage your IBS. Stands include Sheffield based gluten free cake makers Fancie! Who will be raffling off one of their famous layer cakes to one lucky winner! As well as Thai Chi experts offering demo's, expert talks and cookery classes throughout the day!
