Hi fellow. Travellers in the IBS world

Has anybody tried the above as a food supplement?or been recommended?

It hasn’t been researched much in humans as I understand it , so not sure it wouldn’t have a negative effect on IBS. 🙄

Hi - I've been taking a mix of mushroom supplements for a while - including lions mane. I don't take them specifically for IBS - BUT they seem to have really helped! No bad side effects. The only one I had slight trouble with was chaga - which I stopped, due to it's high oxalate content.

What exactly did they help with if you don’t mind me asking? Thanks!!

Thank you for your reply . I might give it a go . Mushrooms per se are a no go for me normally. They tend to upset my bowel .But am tempted to take a supplement .

Will re post if I do decide to go ahead .
