Swollen abdomen, pain and needing the bathroom every time i eat

I had a bit of relief but i started eating again and now i need the bathroom all the time, am swollen and it hurts. I'm worried

sorry to hear you are going through this. It does sound like IBS, my stomach is always swollen/bloated, I have pain after every bowel movement and often the same problem as you when I eat.

It is a worry. It is very debilitating and frustrating. I find that exercise helps.

Have you had a confirmed diagnosis from your doctor?
