Emptying my bowels takes place of a evening. Can be as late as midnight. How can I retrain to go of a morning?

First thought: You might not need to make any further adjustments to what and when you eat - like with the old-fashioned potty-training method, several days of using suppositories as a stimulant at a convenient time of day, can reprogram your body to naturally get the urge to do the doodoo at that specific time. Just keep hydrated.

Regular getting up, going to bed and meal times help get a normal pattern going (ie pooping when you wake up/after breakfast). Not eating last meal too late/3-4 hours before bed if possible and eating bigger meals earlier in the day. Though redberrymam's idea sounds good and worth a try first.
