I have been very fortunate with my IBS as I can go months between flare ups and then they only last about two weeks. But this time it’s lasted five weeks now and I can’t seem to shift it. Been following FODMAP for four days, thought it might be working, but got a sudden attack of the runs yesterday. Feeling a bit down now, any advise would be helpful

I’m in the middle of one now and I’ve started a food diary.
I had one around 3 weeks ago and found drinking lots of water helped. Tried to eat as much healthy food as possible, I’m also planning to start a yoga class which is supposed to be very beneficial for stress busting.
Oh and I’m saving up to do the Zoe test .
