ferrocalm Update

Hi - I thought I would post an update on my Ferocalm journey . After all your great support . I decided to continue after day 4 & those awful adjustments symptoms. I now taken 7 tablets officially I’m on day 9 . I have started taken them at night & only one loperamide in the morning. Yesterday I felt much better . Much less cramping & wind . This morning I have had no urgency & BM I would say normal ! So I’m not taking loperamide today & see how it goes ! I will keep you updated , but I’m feeling much more positive & hopeful. Xx

Hi Jess, I was wondering how you were doing. Glad to see you are having some better days.I am now about to take my 10th capsule this morning, and I feel a lot calmer and things seem to be settling. I have not had to take as much Imodium with more normal BMs this week and not so much cramping.

Fingers crossed , let's hope for some better times to come, but I do feel a bit unsure about it all.

Take care and let me know how you are doing.

I've taken FerroCalm for many months now and can confirm that it's massively reduced my flare ups and when I do have one it only lasts for a few days.

Hi, I would be very interested to hear how you are getting on with Ferrocalm, if you are still taking it?

Hi - I have been taking for six weeks now . At first I thought it was making a difference, after my initial adjustment symptoms had gone ( which wasn’t pleasant! ) i did think my bloating symptoms where better , however I have just returned from Menorca & I forgot to take them with me & I found I was no different! So jury’s out really . I will finish the trial , but I don’t think long term I will continue , as they are quite expensive. I think for myself personally my IBS -D is triggered by anxiety. I will continue to be careful with my diet & take my propanol in stressful situations. I have tried so many remedies, I think I am going to go back to basics & continue on looking after my health , with diet & exercise.
