A book recommendation from my Doctor.

Dear fellow sufferers,

After a visit to my doctor, who was brilliant, and took time to listen to me! I’ve been recommended a book to read by her. It’s called Mine Your Gut by Kate Scarlata and Dr Megan Riehl. I’ve started it and it’s brilliant! Defo worth a read….

Secondly, interestingly she was keen to discuss my ovaries! The symptoms are very similar to ovarian cancer apparently. As it turns out I’ve had a full hysterectomy so it didn’t apply. It’s worth mentioning I thought.

I’ve been put on medication for restless legs, sleep and sickness and Omeprazole.

I’m feeling much more optimistic today and am looking forward to ‘managing’ the condition now.
